Policy Network organises and hosts regular events in partnership with other think-tanks and organisations, including seminars, symposiums, conferences and round-table discussions.

Participants in Policy Network activities include leading experts and academics, as well as progressive politicians and decision-makers from across Europe and the rest of the world.

    11 September 2014

    Ahead of the Scottish referendum, Policy Network, the Barrow Cadbury Trust and Renewal Journal will host a breakfast seminar to consider the lessons of devolution since the 1990s and the merits of the current devolution agenda in tackling the drivers of populism.

  • Making progressive politics work in the US

    17 September 2014

    Martin O’Malley, Governor of Maryland, will lead a Policy Network briefing and debate on the future of progressive politics in the US, looking ahead to the mid-terms, the 2016 Presidential election and beyond.

  • The Swedish election - and the fight over the Nordic model

    18 September 2014

    The event will offer the opportunity to reflect on the results from the 14 September election and consider what political lessons can be drawn from the respective campaigns and the issues that defined the contest.
